1. Delivery Areas

We deliver floral arrangements throughout Mallorca, Spain. For locations outside our standard delivery area, please contact us directly to arrange special delivery.

2. Delivery Times

Standard delivery times:

• Same-day delivery: Orders placed before 12:00 PM
• Next-day delivery: Orders placed after 12:00 PM
• Scheduled delivery: Available for specific dates and times
• Weekly subscriptions: Delivered on your chosen day each week

3. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees vary based on location and order size. Free delivery is available for orders over €100 within Palma de Mallorca. Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

• Fresh flowers cannot be returned or exchanged
• If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• We will offer a replacement or store credit for defective arrangements
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made after this time may incur a fee. Weekly subscriptions can be paused or cancelled with 7 days notice.

6. Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the freshness and quality of all our floral arrangements. If you receive damaged or substandard products, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
